LCSO Seeks Public’s Assistance to Identify Suspect in Credit Card Fraud Case

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify and locate a suspect in a credit card fraud case.

The victim, a Sterling, VA resident, was alerted by several credit card companies that their cards had been used fraudulently. It was determined the suspect used the victim’s credit card numbers at various locations in Arlington and Fairfax County in late March and early April. The suspect attempted to charge over $6000 to the victim’s credit cards. It is unclear at this time how the suspect obtained the victim’s credit card information.

If you have any information regarding the identity of the suspect, you are asked to contact Investigator M. Halley of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division at 703-777-0475.
