Loudoun Sheriff’s Deputy Recognized for Combating Impaired Driving

Loudoun County, Virginia- Loudoun County Sheriff’ Deputy Alexander Bracke was recognized at the 21st Annual Excellence in Community Service and Public Safety Ceremony for his efforts in combating impaired driving.

Bracke made 38 DUI arrests in the past 12 months and was among several law enforcement personnel from the region recognized at the ceremony organized by MADD Virginia Program and the Fairfax Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP). The ceremony honors officers in their efforts in curbing drinking and driving.

Deputy Bracke joined the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office in May 2010 and is currently assigned to Patrol in the Field Operations Division.

The ceremony was held Friday, May 5, 2012 at the West Park Hotel in Tyson’s Corner.
