The Division of Human Resources assists departments in attracting, retaining, and motivating qualified employees.

The office provides services including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, benefits and wellness, employee relations, human resources information management, employee regulatory compliance, and safety and risk management.

The Human Resources Office also provides training services to the county workforce to enhance the productivity of the organization and ensure quality customer service.
