Applications may be submitted in person or by mail.
All Loudoun County residents, who are United States citizens ages 18 and older, are eligible to vote in county elections.
Voters must first register with the General Registrar’s office, which offers year-round voter registration for general, primary, and special elections in conjunction with various public service agencies, military recruitment offices, and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
