Family Planning Services & Maternity Care
The Health Department provides family planning services, including physical examinations, Pap smears, pregnancy testing and other laboratory testing services, and birth control methods. The department also coordinates free prenatal and postnatal care for pregnant women who meet income eligibility requirements. Services include physical exams, laboratory tests, teaching, and counseling.

Planned Parenthood of Falls Church
Planned Parenthood provides family planning education services, including pregnancy testing and counseling, diagnosis and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, birth control supplies, gynecological exams, pap tests, education about contraceptive methods, and screening and treatment for urinary tract infections.

This organization offers free pregnancy tests by volunteers, maternity clothing and children's clothing through size 2T, and friendship throughout pregnancy.

1st Choice Women's Health Center
This nonprofit community organization provides a medical consultation, including pregnancy testing, on-site ultrasound and sexually transmitted infection testing, as well as education about pregnancy options and supportive peer counseling in a confidential environment. An after-abortion support group is also available.

Family Education 
Inova Loudoun Hospital offers a comprehensive prenatal education series, including the following classes:
  • Breastfeeding Education
  • Childbirth Education
  • Infant and Pediatric CPR Class
  • Newborn Care Class
  • Refresher Childbirth
  • Sibling Class
