    Responsibilities
    The duties of the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) include hearing and deciding:
    • Appeals from the decisions of the Zoning Administrator regarding interpretation of the zoning map where there is uncertainty as to the location of a zoning district boundary
    • Appeals of administrative decisions made pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance
    • Applications for special exceptions when buildings / structures have inadvertently encroached into a setback
    • Applications for variances as authorized by the Zoning Ordinance
